In Genshin Impact 3.4 version update, TCG received an update where certain cards got nerfed, including Yoimiya. However, two new character cards were also added, namely Klee and Beidou. Klee can be considered to be the new Pyro DPS unit in the TCG, as she has consistent on-field Pyro application with the potential to do an off-field application if her burst is activated, making her an extremely valuable addition to Pyro-reaction teams. Despite the nerf Yoimiya has received, Klee is a worthy replacement that can provide great utility to these teams.
Klee Card & Skills
Similar to many other character cards, players can send a duel invite to Klee by using a Match Invitation Letter at The Cat's Tail tavern's invitation board. By completing challenge objectives in a Friendly Fracas match, players can obtain the Klee Card and Klee's Talent Card.

Klee's Talent Card: Pounding Surprise
Klee's Talent Card can be a game-changer for decks focused on dealing a large amount of damage in a single round, as it provides players with an extended duration for Explosive Spark. This allows them to potentially use fewer dice and deal more damage, which could be crucial for defeating opponents' cards quickly.
Best Klee Decks
Klee is an excellent DPS for many team compositions, due to her powerful attacks that can apply Pyro. This makes her an ideal choice for decks that use Vaporize, Melt, and Overloaded reactions to counter the enemy's lineup.
Klee + Mona + Bennett
This deck composition focuses vaporize reaction, and if set up well, has the potential to defeat an opponent's character card in the first turn, if the opponent does not swap out during the combo. Being a fast-paced deck, it is recommended that players ensure the opponent has Pyro applied to them so that Mona's summon can vaporize for massive damage at the end of the round. Against opponents who focus on slowing the game, such as defensive decks, Bennett can be a great asset for Klee to ensure survivability in the long run. Alternatively, if desired, an off-field support character such as Xiangling or Xingqiu can be used to replace Bennett.

A general opening combo for this deck could look like this: Start by casting Mona's Elemental Skill to apply Hydro to the enemy. Then, quick-swap to Klee and use her Elemental Skill to apply Pyro. Follow up with Klee's Normal Attack to apply Pyro again, then end the turn to let Mona's Summon deal Vaporize damage. This combo should allow for two Vaporize reactions in the same turn.
Klee + Beidou + Fischl
The addition of Klee and Beidou to the new TCG roster opens up many possibilities for players to create an Overload-focused deck, as opposed to the previous options due to the limited amount of strong characters in Genius Invokation TCG. This deck boasts a massive damage power, while also being disruptive to the opponent and forcing them to swap characters due to its constant overload reactions. To maximize the potential of this new deck, it is recommended that players focus on building Beidou's energy first, utilizing Electro-resonance cards to their fullest potential to generate extra energy. Additionally, players should make use of quick-swap cards to more often apply Pyro from Klee on-field, allowing for more opportunities to trigger powerful synergies and combos. Additionally, Fischl can be used to apply Electro off-field at the end of the turn to further boost the effectiveness of this deck. However, unless Beidou is defeated, this is often not required.
An ideal opening combo for this deck could look like this: Start by using Beidou's Elemental Skill to apply Electro to the enemy, and then follow up with her normal attack or Elemental Skill until her energy is full in the first round. Once Beidou's energy is full, use her Burst to maximize the damage output and then swap to Klee on the second round. While this might be a slow start in terms of reaction, the pay-off after Beidou's Burst is active is substantial.
Klee + Ayaka + Kaeya
This deck composition, which focuses on Melt, is quite similar to the previous meta-deck that utilized Yoimiya and Ayaka until Yoimiya's nerf. This deck offers incredibly high single-target damage, allowing it to defeat one or two characters in a single turn. Depending on which character they want to focus on, players can choose between focusing on either Klee's or Ayaka's burst to give them off-field application advantages. While it is a combo-heavy deck, it is still possible to play this deck effectively against disruptive decks that focus on Freeze, Overloaded, or Swirl, as both Ayaka and Klee have consistent on-field application if they are forced to be swapped in. While Kaeya can be advantageous for Klee if his burst is activated early on, players can also opt-in for Fatui Pyro Agent instead, as he can also deal significant damage while being considerably tanky in a pinch.

In an ideal opening combo, players should start with Klee to apply Pyro and generate Energy, and then swap to Ayaka to deal Melt damage. To maximize the effectiveness of this strategy, players should swap between these characters as often as possible to ensure maximum Melt reactions.
Recommended Action Cards
As Klee's Talent card is incredibly powerful, players should definitely consider adding it to their deck. Furthermore, Klee decks boast high burst damage potential, making cards such as Starsigns a great option to gain Energy early in the game. To take full advantage of Klee Decks, having an elemental resonance, and utilizing cards like Elemental Resonance: Fervent Flames can be used to provide an extra die, making it easier to manage dice numbers, especially while Explosive Spark is active.
Additionally, it is important to include other action cards that do not consume dice and give survivability to ensure Klee doesn't get defeated early game. To maximize damage output, it is a good idea to include the best action cards that help manage dice, such as "Liben", "Timmie", and "the Bestest Travel Companion" as well as cards that allow for a quick character swap such as "Leave it to Me!" and "Changing Shifts."
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
